Alert

An alert is a message that is sent to traffic control operators after a certain event during operation. The TCO handles these alerts from the Service Support Manager module.

Alerts can be triggered automatically or manually. For example:

• When a driver logs on, an automatic alert is sent to the TCO
• When a driver triggers the emergency switch, an emergency alert is sent to the TCO
